Do you supply to the general public?

We only supply to Limited Companies that are VAT registered.


Is there a minimum order?

We can supply and deliver a minimum of 50 units.

Subject to availability goods are normally delivered within 48 hours.

All transactions are on a pre-paid basis.

Do you supply accessories?

We can supply all manufacturers' accessories to order.


Can you re-badge products?

Yes.


Can you flash operator's logos and lock phones to specific network operators?

Yes we can indeed offer this facility to orders of over 500 units or more.


How do I set up an account?

Please forward all your company details to us - to include letter of introduction, VAT certificate, company registration document and bank details.

We have our own in-house transport team.


Where do you deliver?

We can deliver anywhere in the UK.


How much is delivery?

The delivery cost is based on the quantity and value of the product.


Can you deliver to multiple outlets?

With our experienced transport team multiple drops can be arranged to your convenience subject to quantity.


Payment Questions

What are your payment terms?

Payment terms are nearly all 100% pre-payment in advance. However, depending on the scale of business, payment terms can be negotiated.
